Attitude eCredits (bonus-points)

What are eCredits?
eCredits are bonuspoints that are worth money. You can use these eCredits (bonuspoints) when you place an order over $50,- (eCredits=voucher).

How do you get them / save them?
You will receive eCredits every time your purchase online at www.attitudeoz.com.au.  The more you buy, the more eCredits you save (the more discount you get on your next order).

How do I know how much eCredits I have?
When you log in and go to My Attitude you will see your eCredits balance.

When can I use my eCredits?
You can use your eCredits on every next order over $50,-.  It's very simple; you just make your order and at the end of the order procedure you can cash in your eCredits.

How long are eCredits valid?
eCredits are valid for one year, starting from the date they have been granted to you.

eWallet, eCredits rules and regulations.

  1. For every $4,- you spend, you receive 1 eCredit.

  2. You can choose for yourself when to cash in your eCredits (only applicable to orders over $50)

  3. You only receive eCredits when you pay for your order online via Paypal or Credit Card. If you cancel your payment, the eCredits obtained with your order will be cancelled as well, plus you'll get an extra fine of 25 eCredits.

  4. You can only earn eCredits when paying with your own money.  It's not possible to earn eCredits when you are using them to pay for your order.

  5. eCredits can only be used on orders over $50,-.

  6. It's not possible to use the newly saved eCredits you obtain on an order directly; your obtained eCredits can only be used on the next order you place. 

  7. If you have more than one account at Attitude Oz, it's not possible to transfer your eCredits from one account to the other, or the add all your eCredits together. So make sure you login with the same name and password to get and make most of your eCredits.

  8. eCredits stay valid for 1 year, starting from the date they have been granted to you (unless stated otherwise).

  9. If you return an item of an order, which you had in part paid for with eCredits, these eCredits will not be returned to you when you get your refund.

  10. If you return one or more items of your order and want a refund, the eCredits you saved on this order will be reducted again from your eCredits balance.

  11. Attitude Oz reserves the right at all times to change and/or update the eCredits rules and regulations.
